The Starfish Team

Each of our base rooms are headed by a Team Leader, qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent. The Team leaders have a selection of NVQ3 and NVQ2 Team members working under them, providing their own key worker groups to maximise the care and attention for the children.

• We operate with a staff/child ratio which complies with OFSTED requirements.
• All our staff have a range of experience and qualifications in child care.
• All of our staff are CRB checked.
• Each Base room has staff that hold First Aid Certification, and a certificate in basic food hygiene.
